It is important for each of us to value the teachings of Jesus regarding Love of Neighbours, Love of Enemies, Forgiveness, Sharing with those in need, and Faithfulness to relationships. Furthermore, it is important that we be able to apply Jesus' teachings to life in our own society.

Directions:

Select a scriptural passage that describes one of Jesus' teachings. Read it carefully, ensuring that you understand the full message of the teaching.

In your groups, create a television talk show where different characters discuss the relevance of Jesus' teachings for today's society. Make certain that each of the individuals in your group takes a different approach to the topic............ one person disagrees, one person agrees, one person has questions (host), and one person is the voice of Jesus (guidance councillor, teacher, parole officer)

You should use as many props/ costumes as possible, and you should also develop 1 or 2 appropriate commercials for your talk show.
